rental * Due to Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) laws, ALL alcoholic beverages must be served from behind the bar, by the firehouse bar tenders. There is to be no alcoholic bottles on the tables.* If renter chooses to rent the kitchen facility, there is a $150.00 REFUNDABLE deposit due at time of the rental. This will be refunded at the end of the rental after kitchen has been inspected by one of our staff members. DEPOSIT POLICY: $100.00 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS DUE AT TIME OF SIGNING CONTRACT. NO RENTAL DATES ARE GUARANTEED UNTIL CONTRACT IS SIGNED AND DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED.
